The core of PowerFluence is talented people working together to help our clients succeed. We don’t own factories or have a supply chain of parts.  Our product, and in fact our whole brand, is inspired ideas that can change the world one business at a time.

Inspiration can come from many places.

Diversity is not merely part of a value statement, but something we live every day.

Dileep, the company’s founder, was involved in a serious incident shortly after he started the company that left him with a severe spinal cord injury.  Almost eighty percent of people with this type of injury don’t work, but for Dileep it inspired him.  Making the company succeed against the odds provided was driving motivation during his nine months of recovery. This determination to succeed and the desire to give back to the community have become the driving factors in everything we do.

PowerFluence is proud to be a certified Disabled-Owned Business Enterprise, as well as a certified Minority Business enterprise. Working with PowerFluence helps our clients achieve disability inclusion and diversity equality goals.

Overcoming adversity is what we do. We did it for ourselves, and we can do it for you.
