Dileep, the company’s founder, was involved in a serious incident shortly after he started the company that left him with a severe spinal cord injury.  Almost eighty percent of people with this type of injury don’t work, but for Dileep it inspired him.  Making the company succeed against the odds provided was driving motivation during his nine months of recovery. This determination to succeed and the desire to give back to the community have become the driving factors in everything we do.
